The Ultimate Storage Guide: Kids room edition
While parents may do their best to keep their little one’s room clean, there is always the inevitable mess that kids manage to make in the blink of an eye.
As parents ourselves, we understand the constant battle to stay clutter free, organized and have a home for all of our kids' treasures, nonetheless, storage options for kids can be boring or just not as stylish as one would like.
When tackling storage in any kids room, we think working in phases is key, this way we avoid feeling overwhelmed in trying to solve everything all at once.
Take a deep breath, read this guide, and let's embark on this journey together.
PHASE 1 = TOYS.
It doesn’t matter how aesthetically pleasing your child’s toys are, when they want to play with them, there is nothing holding them back from taking them all out of wherever and spreading them on the floor for play time.
A Toy Box will help give your child’s toys an easy access place for them to reach, the casters also make it easier for them to take the actual storage space to whatever room they want without compromising your home’s look. The size of our Toy Box is also great to include kids in clean up time since it’s so easy to reach. And did we mention that you can customize it with your little one’s name? It doesn’t get any better than that.
PHASE 2 = ART SUPPLIES, PUZZLES, COLORING BOOKS AND MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS.
Parents always want to keep their children busy, activities like puzzle solving, book coloring (with actual coloring books) or good old arts and crafts. Sometimes keeping our little ones busy comes with a high price, all because of the dreaded clean up process.
While we don’t have the best solution for getting paint stains off of your kid’s clothes, we definitely can recommend the ultimate storage superhero, our Cubbies. Having a bin system set up in your cubbies will be helpful for you and your children, knowing where things are available and where they can be stored will help them participate in the clean up process. Labeling the bins can be an activity that you and your children do together, the key here is to use labels that both adults and kids understand.
PHASE 3 = BOOKS.
This is probably going to be obvious to most parents, but really, is there anything better to store books away than a Bookcase? If you are a parent that takes joy in having stylish products that are modern and classic in their home, our bookcases are just IT! For kids, it is important to have books in full display to ensure that they will actually grab and read them. Our bookcases are the perfect size for kids all ages.
A big plus is to create an inviting reading nook for your kids room, a designated space for this will most likely entice them to want to read more.

PHASE 4 = CLOTHES, EXTRA BEDDING, THINGS THAT NEED TO BE STORED.
A beautiful dresser is the obvious option when looking to store clothing and foldables in general, and while dressers are a great option, sometimes people don’t have the space for a Dresser. (If you do, we have some options that are TO DIE FOR!) Our Zen bed with drawers is an amazing solution for storage that won’t take away precious floor area from your kid’s room.
You can jazz up the bed with colorful drawers that are spacious and allow you to store all the essentials.
