Furniture Return Policy
Request a return by email at firstname.lastname@example.org 14 days of receiving your product. Customers would have to pay for shipping returns of *oversized items (Beds and Dressers). When we receive the product back, we will inspect it to verify the condition. Upon completing the inspection, we will issue the appropriate credit or refund, including the appropriate taxes based on state law.
Orders that are returned to us due to a non-scheduling of delivery will also result in a 20% restocking fee.
In the rare case that you receive a defective product, or one that has been damaged in transit, please take a few photos and send them to email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will asses the damage and fix the issue. Please note that if we are able to fix or replace the damaged parts of your order but you decide to return your order instead of fixing or replacing the damaged product, then the order will be treated as returned order. (i.e., full refund, less the cost of return shipping for oversized items)
If you make a purchase during a promotion, know that this will influence the amount available for refund (i.e. you will only receive what you have paid, not the full price of the item). If the promotion is based on the total amount that you spend, let’s say 15% off on purchases of $100 or more, and you cancel part of your order, then the discount you qualified for is also subject to change or be removed. And, any refunds you order on the items you have cancelled will reflect that change.
Due to the custom processes involved, Custom orders and Special orders are NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once the order is placed.
Custom Orders: Customized and Custom Made items cannot be returned. These are orders by which the customer chooses the color design, frame, any and all furniture pieces , Nico and Yeye will make a fair attempt to offer alternatives that address your concern.
